Baiting, then a follow-up
Our technician finds where the rats or mice are active and places bait stations around your home. The bait is low toxicity and goes where children, cats and dogs can’t reach it, like the roof void or behind appliances. If a spot can’t be made safe, we’ll talk to you about lockable stations.
2 to 3 weeks later we come back to check the stations and top up the bait. That visit is included, and the treatment has a 3-month warranty.
Keeping them out
Getting rid of the ones you’ve got is the easy part. Keeping them out needs your help. With every rodent job you get a report on what’s drawing them in and how to fix it. Make your home less of a home for rodents, and you won’t need to call us again.

Is the bait safe around kids and pets?
We use a low-toxicity product and put it where children, cats and dogs can't get to it, like the roof void or behind appliances. If a spot can't be made safe, your technician will talk to you about lockable bait stations.
Do I need to do anything before you come?
No. The more we can see, the better.
What is that scratching in my roof?
The time of day is a good clue. Noises during the day and early evening are often a possum. If they carry on through the night, it's more likely rats or mice. We can come out and work out which.
How long is the warranty on rodent treatments?
3 months, and the follow-up visit 2 to 3 weeks after the treatment is included.
