The inspection comes first
Termite management isn’t one-size-fits-all. Every house is different, and so is what’s around it. Our inspections follow the Australian Standard, and they tell us what your home actually needs before we recommend anything.
It isn’t the place to cut corners. A rushed inspection can miss what’s going on in your home, and that’s a big deal.
Getting ready
Give us access to as much of the house as you can. Clear stored things away from under the manhole and away from the walls. If you’ve had termites before, tell us about it.
Treatment and protection
What we recommend depends on what we find. It might be monitoring and baiting, a treated zone around the house, foaming or dusting, or protection built into a new home before the slab goes down.

A job at Elizabeth Beach
